1. The overprint color of the color block shall try to avoid using the dot with too small percentage, such as the flat screen dot with less than 20%. Because the color block composed of small dots is easy to be partially sunburned due to insufficient suction or small particles adhered to the glass of the negative and plate printer; When printing, it is easy to drop the plate due to excessive moisture, dirty blanket or plate wear. The above two reasons will cause the uneven ink color of the color block. As for the outlets below 5%, the ordinary offset printing process is difficult to restore and should be avoided. At the same time, the color block overprint color should try to avoid using too large percentage of outlets, such as more than 80% flat screen outlets. Because the color block composed of large dots is slightly insufficient in water supply or the blanket is dirty, it is easy to paste the plate. As for more than 95% of outlets, they should be avoided. 2. To avoid overprinting color blocks with too many color numbers on the ground or high percentage dots, it is easy to rub the back dirty because the ink layer is too thick. 3. When using spot color printing process, try not to choose color blocks that need to be prepared by too many basic color inks. Mixing too many inks will make it more difficult to mix inks, which not only increases the ink mixing time, but also makes it difficult to mix colors with similar hues. 4. For words, small anti white characters shall be printed in the middle of the field, and customers shall be advised to use bold characters as far as possible.
